When learning a strength training routine, many experts suggest starting with no weights or very light weights. Concentrate on slow, smooth lifts and equally controlled descents while isolating a muscle group.⁠

An integral part of kickboxing is flexibility. Your life will also be enhanced by this newfound flexibility when you add kickboxing to your exercise routine.⁠
