Seawall Run Its all about RUN!!! This program is only for three months. The program will start at first week of June and
ends in last week of August.

Everyone knows that running is a great way to get into shape, but did you know that it can benefit almost every part of your body, as well as lift your mood? Running is incredibly effective at making you healthier in a number of ways. While it may not be everybody's favorite form of exercise, knowing what it can do for your life just may make you look at running in an entirely new light. Improve Y

Choosing running shoes:

• Don't wear your old sneakers. Poorly fitted shoes are a common cause of injuries.
• The running shoe should bend easily, feel comfortable and have a wedge of shock-absorbing material in the heel.
• The fit should not be too snug. Your foot will splay as it impacts with the ground.
• When buying the shoes, wear the socks you intend to wear while running. Have your shoes professionally fitted. A beginner to exercise should start with brisk walking, progress to jogging and work up to running.

Today is saturday Jun 6 and tomorrow is OUR DAY Sunday the day we will RUN and turn things around. Poor performances are motivators for most elite runners. Rather than ruminate on an off day, look forward to proving to yourself that you're a better runner than your last showing.
Remember that you almost always feel better after a run than before it.
