Senshin Ki Aikido

Senshin Ki Aikido The 'Art of Peace,' Aikido develops coordination of mind and body to help with the stresses of daily life. This is truly "winning without fighting."

In Ki Aikido we learn to develop a positive, confident and invincible spirit, to extend our power fully, eliminate the fear of living, and to be a peaceful and principled presence in every aspect of our lives. Calmness, relaxation and developing non-aggression as our subconscious state allows us the full extension of our power. Working in pairs, exercises teach us to harmonize our movement and 'ki' with that of our partner, helping us become more confident and ready for the manifold challenges in life.
