I would love to connect to more of my friends through my passion for fitness - If you're one of these people struggling to make fitness and your health goals a priority - I would love to offer you an hour (or more) of my time to hang out, chat and have a little fitness consultation (with zero expectation of any purchase) - we'll tackle every question you have regarding your fitness goals - we'll dabble in nutrition, supplementation (does it work?), any questions you have there - and I'll also share with you what I do with my clients every day - what works, what was the most effective and in the end we'll chat about what my programs entail when it comes to personal training. (Note: I have been a FULLTIME Self-Employed personal trainer now for 17 years!)
90% of my first time clients say in the first, second and third sessions "Wow, this is NOT what I thought we'd be doing" - and the truth is, any trainer that just instantly jumps into training with you and doesn't do proper assessments on your body - isn't actually putting in the work to protect you and your results - every body is different and you can't take the same approach for every person. (example: hypermobility)
Injury prevention is my #1 goal - An injured client is an unproductive client - we've all been there, you sink into a lull, followed by a post lull depression - and suddenly getting to the gym is harder than it was the first time - It's my job to make sure that doesn't happen - or at least, do my best - Injuries exist at the corner of every high intensity sport and activity - but it helps to have a team when it comes to spotting your form, function - range of motion, breathing - and more - in the end, my clients are my promoters - if you don't get results, you won't talk about how good you're feeling and you won't talk about my business.
