Zumba returns to Spartacus Gym on Monday, September 8th, 2025 as a part of our new Fall Group Class schedule line up! Zumba is a Latin-inspired group fitness class where you can work your cardio, burn calories, and have fun with our legendary instructor Rafael Alcorta, every Monday and Wednesday evening from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Would you like to try out the class for free? Ningún problema! Bring your photo ID and come a few minutes early so that we can put you on our guest list for the night. Hope to see you all there!

In Sanskrit, “apana” (अपाण) refers to the downward and outward flow of breath and energy, specifically the energy responsible for grounding.

Apana Flow is a unique movement style which blends therapeutic yoga exercises, Eastern body weight drills, and animal-based movements to facilitate a balance of strength, mobility and flexibility.

From this class, you will be able to improve your posture, reduce aches and pains, strengthen your deep core muscles, and gain total body mobility. Apana Flow is appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels and will help you forge a stronger mind-body connection.

Starting this upcoming Saturday, May 31st at 9:30am and running every week, join us for a rejuvenating total-body workout with instructor Dustin Vieler.

Join us for Morning Yoga Flow with Alexis Muir every Monday and Thursday, Anti-Aging Mobility every Tuesday and Friday, Hatha Yoga with Evelyn Yang on Wednesdays, Hatha Yoga with Alexis Muir on Sundays, and starting Saturday, May 31st, Apana Flow with Dustin Vieler.
