Five Gulf Islands. One Bike. One Weekend.

Have you ever tried island hopping by bicycle?

Coming up June 20–21, Tour des Îles offers a unique opportunity to experience the islands car-free, connecting communities, cycling routes, local artists, Indigenous Peoples Day celebrations and passenger boat links between islands.
We’ll be there and are looking forward to exploring the Gulf Islands by bike.

HUB Langley will be at Langley City’s Community Days at Douglas Park, Saturday, June 13, 11 - 3pm. They will have info about 9 bike friendly routes through the Langleys that include many scenic areas. Use the bike valet, and drop by their table to share your experiences about cycling in the City.

Looking forward to another fun ride on the new rail trail thanks to the Sicamous Ferry Society. Let's Go Biking in Sicamous!

We are thrilled to announce that Sicamous Ferry service to the Shuswap North Okanagan Rail Trail will be back on Saturday, April 4th, 2026. The ferry will be running weekends from 9am-5pm in April & May.

I’ll also be signing books, sharing stories from the road and chatting about easy cycling adventures around the world (yes — the senior and family kind too!).
