I’m so excited to be bringing my Roll & Relax workshop to Nanaimo this month!

It will be a 90 minute session of self-massage via ball rolling, coupled with gentle stretching, and enhanced by aromatherapy using some of the gorgeous products made by 🥰🥰🥰

Join me for Roll & Reset as part of Workout for Women’s Day! Feel good in your body, and do good by donating your class fee to charity!

Hit the reset button with this workshop combining self myofascial release and aromatherapy. You’ll be guided through a restorative journey including ball rolling and gentle movement to relax tight muscles, paired with aromatherapy to soothe the mind. This class will feel like a full body exhale.

We will be rolling & stretching tight muscles, and incorporating amazing Saje wellness products for deep relaxation. It is going to be SOOOOOOO good!

It’s been a couple weeks and the dust has settled after a very exciting weekend in Calgary. As I had posted about earlier this year, I’ve been honored as one of Canada’s Top Fitness Instructors in Impact Magazine. This is my second time being recognized, and it’s even more special because of hour my fitness career has continued to change and evolve.

It was a pleasure to attend the awards banquet in person and so good to reconnect with people I haven’t seen in a while and make some new friends too (I think I have to head out to Edmonton for a visit!) .z

Calgary folks! We heard that some of you had boyfriends, husbands, friends or partners who were interested in barre but felt like they weren’t “invited”. Well now we are explicitly rolling out the red carpet!

This partner class is open to all combinations of two humans! Friends, relationships, family, all are welcome. Note that we’ll be doing some partner exercises which will involve a bit of contact. Register as a pair and join us!
