The baked feta pasta trend is BACK! This speedy recipe makes for the perfect dinner meal prep, and what could be better than a whole block of cheese with pasta?! πŸ§€πŸƒπŸ…

INGREDIENTS:
- 250g dry pasta
- 1 block feta πŸ”₯πŸ”₯
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 sliced zucchini
- 1 sliced red bell pepper
- 6 garlic cloves
- Seasonings- pinch of chilli flakes, italian seasoning, salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Preferred protein- we love chicken breast, ground turkey, white beans, or shredded tofu

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add tomatoes, zucchini, bell pepper, garlic, and oil to your ovenproof dish and gently toss to coat your veg.
2. Place block of feta in the centre of the dish and sprinkle with seasonings.
3. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 400 ℉.
4. Cook your pasta while the veg and feta bake!
5. Smash the feta, tomatoes & garlic to make your sauce, then stir in your cooked pasta.
6. Serve with your protein of choice and a handful of greens if you have them on hand.
