The time has come…..

It’s with a heavy heart that we announce the end of this chapter. Today was our last Sunday Funday, and we want to thank each and every person that has come to class and supported us, for over 10 years.

We have thoroughly enjoyed sharing Sunday mornings with everyone. We trust you will all find ways to keep moving, and wish you all the best on your fitness journeys!

With love,
JnC ❤️
