This pump rocks 🔥 1 year later and I’m still excited to have it in my pannier and to be using it.

My rating 8/10. The battery isn’t amazing, but it’s GOOD.
This pump is also loud, so if you like to turn heads and are happy with people asking “hey what is that?” every so often, then it’s for you. But if that’s all I have to complain about 👌👌👌

It’s small enough to fit in most frame bags, it’s more eco friendly than using Co2 cartridges AND you get to pump to an exact tire pressure! I leave in my daily commuting pannier and it has not only helped me, but saved a few strangers around the city.

It does up to two full road bike tires on a single charge and can do both presta and schrader valves.

As a daily cycling commuter around Vancouver, I can’t recommend it enough.

Stop by or check them out online at our website. They make for a great gift for any cyclist to add. Truly a cool, compact and helpful piece of bike tech. 🔥

A lot of discourse around stop signs recently.

Is it time that our motor vehicle act evolve to reflect the reality of how cyclists are actually riding? Are the benefits of saved time and energy for the cyclists worth the potential safety risks of the Idaho stop?

With Idaho stops illegal in Canada but legal in 9 US states….there is something to talk about. Cyclists are held to the same laws as motor vehicles in Canada. But it’s a clear double standard when people call out cyclists for running stop signs and red lights when motorists do it too. ( just more dangerously) Often times cyclists break these laws with intention and caution rather than cars doing it with negligence. Of course that’s not always the case for both cyclists and motorists.

Let us know your thoughts down below. Thanks for watching and happy riding.

What do you use? The two most common clip in systems we sell and install are the SPD and SPD-SL.

Road riding? The SPD-SL (Shimano Pedalling Dynamics - Super Light) are the way to go for most riders. The larger cleat and pedal result in more energy transfer and a more stable platform.

Commuting, gravel or MTB? SPD is the way to go. The smaller, recessed cleat means you get more walkability from the shoe while still having a versatile clip in system that works for most people.

Not sure what you need? Stop by and have a chat with us and try on some shoes. There really aren’t any rules, we see lots of road cyclists use the SPD system because they appreciate the walkability and more casual shoe options that come with this system.

Thanks for watching!

🚨 Pacific street road closure 😎 but not for bicycles

Vancouver listen up, the best way to skip traffic during is to bike! Worried about parking? The Bike Valet will be at the events to protect you bicycle!

Pacific st was an easy breeze and I didn’t have to detour with the rest of the cars to get into Chinatown. Free parking, no stress of traffic, what’s not to love? I’m sure not going to get stuck in all the extra congestion around town this summer as road closures continue!

The cops sure didn’t car 😂 🚴‍♀️

🤙 ❤️ 🚲
