Despite the liquid sunshine, we had an amazing turnout for our Ohana Day!

Friends, family, and curious newcomers joined us on the water to experience paddling in an OC-6, kayak, or SUP. From first-time paddlers stepping into an outrigger canoe to plenty of laughs both on and off the dock, it was a fantastic day of trying something new and sharing our love of paddling.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and embraced the adventure, rain and all!

Interested in giving OC-6 paddling a try? We offer free trial paddles and club tours throughout the season. Come see what our paddling ohana is all about.

Stage 3 Water Restrictions are now in Effect

We've turned off our Water Taps, and we're going to rely solely on Rain Water in our Rain Collection Buckets and/or water brought from home.

If you have an empty 4L milk container, (instead of turning it into a bailer), you can fill it with water and use that to wash your boats.

We're lucky to live and paddle in Vancouver, but now we need to do our part to conserve water for the times we need it.

Let's do this together!

Fun Fact: did you know in Metro Vancouver, we use on average 1 billion liters a day???
An Olympic Swimming pool holds about 2.5 million liters.
Metro Vancouver uses enough water per day to fill 400 Olympic pools. 😳😲😯😮😨😰😢😓

Lots of fun the last couple of weeks with 5 ladies and Tara from joining us for a women's crew in Penticton for OC6 races on Saturday, May 16th. Jane and Trish raced OC2 the next day, capping off the weekend with well deserved wine tastings in beautiful wine country! This past weekend was the Jericho Iron, where a women's crew raced the short course in the spec category, while a mixed crew raced the long in our beloved Hydra. Great times all around! Big big kudos go to and for the organizing of the fantastic races!
