We have an announcement to share!
Cliffhanger has been a key part of the climbing community in the lower mainland for the last 25 years, playing a part in building it into the thriving community that it is today. Over 400,000 people have registered as Cliffhanger Climbers’in this time period.
Now, however, this era and Cliffhanger’s existence is ending. We’re excited to share that Cliffhanger Climbing Gym has been sold to The Hive. The Hive is a well-run climbing gym organization with four bouldering gyms in the lower mainland and one in Winnipeg.
As of September 1st, 2021, all valid Cliffhanger passes and memberships will be honoured by The Hive Climbing Gym at the current Cliffhanger location. The Hive will also honour any gift cards that may have been purchased from Cliffhanger prior to transition until December 31, 2022. (Please visithiveclimbing.com for further details and FAQs).
We've had fun being part of the climbing community for so many years, and we know that you will all be in wonderful hands under the Hive’s ownership. You’ll see many old faces and some new ones too!
