To think this started with just two of us working out on a field on a random sunny weekend and now it has grown to an amazing dedicated group. If you know Richard or Aaron personally; you will know that fitness is of big importance in their lives. We are very grateful that we have had the opportunity to motivate and inspire others in their journey of discovering how fitness can be a ves
sel. One which teaches us powerful thinking, can help us reach new physical limits and facilitate self-discovery. Building people into the strong, confident, athletic version of themselves.
