August 23,24,25 willbe the official qulifiers for Team Canada for the 2025 IFMA world Championships for Senior Elite, U23 and youth teams!! This is going to be a great tounament!! Hopefully we can get some BC Athletes out for this one!!!

Hi everyone,here is an update on the gym. It will remain closed until further notice. I am still having major issues with my heath that need to be addressed. I am sorry, but at this point I must take care of myself before I can concentrate on anything else. I thought that this matter would have improved bu now but it has not.
