This Saturday, Jan 20 along with all the rad skating
at our Coping Bash Mini Ramp Contest on Granville Island, there will be an party / fundraiser event for the Vancouver Skateboard Coalition in the courtyard next to the Green Ramp.

At the Ocean Artworks – Covered Outdoor Public Space & Pavillion on Granville Island.
1531 Johnston St, Vancouver, BC

There will be beer provided by , hot drinks, chili brought to you by , and bands…. Not to mention a freaking SKATE BOARD CONTEST !!!!!

Tents and propane heaters on hand to keep you out of elements and keep you warm while watching the skating ♨️♨️♨️

Live music presented by .help.fone.band to rock us out into the late hours of the evening. 🎸🎶

POSTPONED TO JAN 20th.

Due to abnormally cold temperatures forecasted to hit the Lower Mainland this week. The Vancouver Skateboard Coalition, Granville Island and Coping Bash have decided to postpone our contest until JANUARY 20th, 2024.

Enough is enough .. We demand immediate action by the Vancouver Park Board City of Vancouver - Local Government in the allocation of funding towards the creation of a safe, inclusive, indoor space, for people of all ages, and ablilties to skateboard in Vancouver.
