Every Sunday in May 10:30-11:30, we meet outside Jericho Sailing Centre and decide if we're indoors or outdoors, then head to the spot and get ready for a season of fun on the water.
Public is welcome and you only pay $10. Cash only.

It’s time to kick our fitness levels to the max!

Every Sunday in May from 10:30am-11:30am, join us for an hour of dry-land cardio, strength, and mobility training that focuses on the pushing and pulling movements that are key for so many water sports. Rotational core and stabilization work will be combined with both explosive and endurance cardio to prepare your body for anything the water brings! We welcome all fitness levels to work their bodies to some groovy tunes.

Our instructor Shelby Shukaliak, is a trained fitness instructor (CFES Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Canfitpro Certified Personal Training Specialist) at Witness the Fitness AND a dragonboat racer so she knows just what we need.

Members and guests of our members are welcome at the $5/class deal and drop-ins, open to the public, are available for $10 at the top of class. Pls come 15 mins early, meet at the gates of and we’ll decide on indoor or out door then.
