With the gym booming we've decided to double down on our next L1 Fundamentals intake! You can now sign up for either a new 1pm Tue/Thur option OR an evening 6pm Tue/Thur option.
This 6 week progressive starts from the very beginning, opening the door for people who've never felt comfortable in a gym, those coming back from some niggles or those solo veterans who are finally ready to go deep on technique.
It includes a 1:1 60 min initial intake where we get to understand where you're coming from, your goals and how you move. This enables us to arm you with some personalized corrective exercises to clean up and optimize how your body moves.
From here you gain access to 2 classes per week for 6 consecutive weeks. We focus on both body weight and loaded strength exercises in a safe and technique focused training environment. This is not your average class and we're so proud to say it's not attended by average folks.
