Good evening, everyone.
Before I say anything else, I want you to take a look around.
Because what you're seeing is actually quite rare.
We live in a world where rooms full of people are often gathered to network, advance their careers, sell something, promote something, or compete with one another.
But that's not why we're here.
Tonight, more than 350 incredible women—and a few men—gathered for one reason: to celebrate themselves.
To celebrate the promises they made to themselves 100 days ago.
To celebrate the moments they showed up when they didn't feel like it.
To celebrate the strength they built, the confidence they gained, the habits they created, and the commitment they made to their own health and well-being.
And honestly, I think that's pretty extraordinary.
So many of us spend our days taking care of everyone else—our families, our friends, our partners, our teams, and our clients. We are often the first person people call when they need help and the last person we make time for ourselves.
Yet for the last 100 days, our Bar Stars made a different choice.
They chose themselves.
They chose their health.
They chose their future.
They chose growth.
Every class attended was a vote for the person they wanted to become.
One of my favorite ideas from Mel Robbins is that confidence doesn't come before action. Confidence comes because of action.
You don't become confident and then take the class.
You take the class.
You show up when you're tired.
You show up when you're busy.
You show up when life feels messy.
And eventually, you look back and realize:
"Wow. I'm stronger than I thought."
That is exactly what happened over the last 100 days.
Not just physically.
Mentally.
Emotionally.
Our members built evidence that they can do hard things.
And perhaps even more importantly, they learned something that becomes more valuable every year:
You do not have to do hard things alone.
Community is strength.
There is something incredibly powerful about walking into a room where people know your name. Where someone notices when you've been away. Where someone saves you a spot at the barre. Where someone celebrates your milestones alongside you.
What makes The Bar Method special isn't the technique.
It isn't the workout.
It isn't even the results.
It's the people.
It's all of you.
You are the culture.
You are the encouragement.
You are the reason someone walked through our doors for the first time and found the courage to come back a second time.
One quote I come back to often is:
"Energy flows where energy goes."
Whatever we focus on grows.
And if the last 100 days have shown us anything, it's that there is an incredible amount of energy, action, belief, and possibility inside this community.
So tonight, celebrate.
Celebrate every early morning.
Every sore muscle.
Every class you almost skipped but didn't.
Every moment you chose growth over comfort.
Because you earned it.
But remember this:
The challenge may be over.
The transformation is not.
The habits you've built.
The friendships you've formed.
The strength you've discovered.
The confidence you've earned.
Those things are just getting started.
I have never been more proud of this community than I am today, and I have never been more excited about where we're going next.
Thank you for trusting us.
Thank you for showing up for yourselves.
Thank you for showing up for each other.
And thank you for being part of The Bar Method family.
The best is yet to come.
Congratulations, Bar Stars 2026.
You belong here. 💛
