Black belt fitness testing happening this Sunday, Sept 28, 10am. Meet at the studio to join in. Wear weather appropriate clothing as the test will take outside around Hillcrest park and Queen Elizabeth park. This is the final piece of the puzzle for Lena on her way to earning her black belt!!
