Here are 3 ways I stay consistent even when my kid doesn’t sleep or wakes up super early
1️⃣ Lower the bar, not the standard. something > nothing.
2️⃣ Schedule workouts like meetings. If it’s on the calendar, it happens.
3️⃣ Focus on my why. Energy, confidence, and being the example.
