Do you know more about Periodization and Progressive Overload then you do about your cyclical nature?
Cycle syncing still requires more research, but I believe that it’s important to learn more about YOUR body, YOUR cycles, and take steps to harness your energy so that you can feel your best AND get more out of the work you do (in the gym and at your desk)!
Women are cyclical. We are not designed to show up the same every day.
We aren’t designed for standard linear periodization, sticking to the same macros, or showing up and performing the same way for 40h / week every single week …
No even better.
We’re designed to have seasons.
We’re designed to feel the highs and lows.
When we ignore our cyclical nature we feel run down, worn out, depleted, creatively flat, uninspired, hollow, restless, agitated.
When we embrace our cyclical nature we regain our ability to experience the entire spectrum and birth tremendous life into the world.
Sometimes that life is in human form.
Sometimes it’s in big business ideas, creative projects, and living out dreams.
If we’re dry, we don’t dream.
If we’re grinding, we lose our way.
To be in a female body is an incredible gift. The more we learn about it and reclaim the power of the feminine, the more we understand what a gift it is.
