Time to celebrate first time prep athlete on her bodybuilding debut 🥹🥳👙

Claire and I started working together at the end of November with her goal of stepping on stage as a bikini competitor at the natural show

30lbs down and soooo much mental growth later, she competed in the giant true novice class of 10 beautiful athletes & finished 4th in her height class (the biggest height class of the show) 🏆 I can’t say it enough how PROUD I am as her coach

Working with Claire has been an absolute dream. She embraced every little thing I threw at her, navigated prep through shift work, and embodied what it means to be a bodybuilder and enjoy the process (you can see in her screenshots that she LOVED the challenge and was excited for each next step)

The best part? WE’RE NOT FINISHED!! We’ve got our sights set on another show later this year 😈👀🔥

Time for a little bit of growth, more conditioning, and then ROUND TWO ✌🏻

-200g Greek Yogurt

You have control over every bite of food that enters your mouth

Am I saying to never have a meal out with friends or to not have flexibility on a weekend trip away? No

But if being social quickly slips into eating and drinking off plan for the entirety of every single weekend & “starting over” on Monday, then it’s time to reevaluate

Going out and being social during the summer time is awesome, and there are ways to do that while still staying on track. Choosing to do that & commit to that is OKAY, no matter what anyone else might think or say

How YOU think and feel about yourself is what matters 🤝🏻

Whether you’re prepping for a bodybuilding show or doing a lifestyle cut, the process of getting leaner is exactly the same

Track your food, stay in a deficit, train with intention, move daily, eat mostly whole foods, sleep, recover, repeat 🔁

That’s it, that’s the whole list. That’s what I did for my last show and it’s what I’m doing right now in my lifestyle cut for my summer vacay. Same fundamentals, just a different finish line

The fitness industry has spent the last several years convincing women there’s a hack, a hormone, a peptide, or a 6-week miracle that bypasses all of this, but there isn’t and there never has been
