Learn2move - Strength & Conditioning L2M provides small group & 1-on-1 training sessions for all fitness levels interested in learning how to move well to maximize performance & fitness.

Learn2Move sessions are not bootcamps or sweat-till-you-drop workouts. Our sessions are based on building a foundation of skills using a variety of tools - with a strong focus on the kettlebell. These are small group training sessions that allow more time and attention paid to each client and their individual goals. No matter what your starting level, we will work TOGETHER to master movement & ski

Over the years, both as a soccer coach and player, Coach D has been an integral part of a variety of different teams with a varying degrees of competitiveness and athleticism. When one door closes, another door opens. In 2010 Coach D was in a car accident that left him with soft tissue injuries and unable to play soccer. Being faced with a long road to recovery filled with pain and discomfort, he was referred to Jim Talo of and Carmen Bott of . Under their rehabilitation and guidance, he was not only able to fully recover but at the same time he discovered the power, strength and resiliency of the human body. From this point, his kettlebell journey began and his passion for fitness and helping others was born. Starting with his first Agatsu certification, Coach D has embraced learning about and being a student of kettlebell lifting. As a coach, he is solely focused on the intricacies of body movement and how to use these skills to our advantage and become the best versions of ourselves. It is these experiences and more that are the foundation for his current coaching practices today.

You have to be technically sound with the BELLS to execute this complex, it’s no joke folks. Please seek professional guidance, before you take on this challenge.
