We’re all set and ready to bring our best game to the 2024 CNPL Central Split in Guelph, ON!

Ready to up your pickleball game? Check out these essential tips from the Vancouver Rush team to help you improve your skills and dominate the court! 💪

Tip 1: Master the Serve
A good serve sets the tone for the point. Practice your underhand serve, aiming for consistency and placement over power.

Tip 2: Perfect Your D**k Shots
D**k shots are a great way to control the pace of the game. Keep the ball low and close to the net to make it harder for your opponent to attack.

Tip 3: Communicate with Your Partner
Teamwork is key in doubles. Always communicate with your partner to coordinate your movements and avoid confusion on the court.
