This video isn’t about me or the competition. It’s a tribute to the voice of someone who will never be forgotten a coach, a brother, and at times, a father figure.

This was the last stage where you stood beside me, guiding me every step of the way. Your voice still echoes in my mind, and your impact will live on in all of us. You may be gone, but you’ll never be forgotten.

مربی بودی، داداش بودی، یه وقتایی هم برام مثل پدر. این آخرین استیجی بود که کنارم بودی و لحظه‌به‌لحظه راهنماییم کردی. صدات هنوز توی گوشمه و همیشه باهامه. مطمئنم هیچ‌وقت نه من، نه هیچ‌کدوم از بچه‌ها، فراموشت نمی‌کنیم.

Presenting my last paper about soy protein supplementation, published in Sports Medicine (IF:9,8, Q1 in Medicine and Sports Medicine, H-index 213) by .
Our Systematic Review proves that soy protein could be helpful alternative to other sources (whey for example), not better nor worse; but an excellent alternative for vegans or lactose-intollerants.
