🥈 2nd overall female (15 year old beat me 🫠)
🔥 Top 5 overall (two 15 years olds beat me 🤦🏽‍♀️)

For anyone new here, HI 👋🏽 I’m a personal trainer who believes fitness is more than reps and miles. It’s mindset. It’s discipline. It’s mental health. It’s trusting the process even when progress feels slow.

As I’m prepping for World in Chicago this June, all I can think is how I am that I get to and still push my even though sometimes it doesn’t wanna go. I love to . I love being around the of the best and seeing where I stack up with the best. my is slow and steady, but I’m coming for the and make a name for myself. Just have to trust the process and keep working.

P.S. I know yall say farmer carry is the easiest stations… but my faces say otherwise 😭😭 swipe to the right and get a good laugh. 😮‍💨😂

Guess what??!! Your girl will be on the next season of living my best life with my best friend !! Premier date is March 5th! Save the date!!!

So remember when I went MIA last year?? Well this is what I was doing! Traveling the world, doing some crazy things with some great people!

Thank you to .tannenbaum, and the whole production crew for such an amazing experience! This has truly changed my life and I wouldn’t have had this opportunity without you all. So thank you thank you thank you!!

I learned a lot about myself, got to live the dream to travel the world and do some cool ass things, being with my better half ! Man, I’m truly blessed!! Now to wait till March 5th to see me on the big screen!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Let’s go!! Crushed the day and I hope you all did too!

Remember that crushing the day does not mean everything goes as planned, but crushing the day means you got up and you put 1 foot forward and did the best you could for that day. Days will not be perfect, but you push through it and finish the day.

Now time to reset the mind to be one percent better for the next day.
