2 months gains! So proud of my client Dale who came with chronic pain and migraines to train with me. They have been doing daily myofascial release at home and trained with me two days a week. The result: Huge postural changes, more structural integrity and muscles that let Dale to feeling strong, mostly pain free and like there’s ‘more of a frame’ around their shoulders.
We went from rib cage leaning back to a better positioning (still working on it), tackled instability in the hip that was hiked on one site, rib cage shifts, tight traps, and being flaccid (hypermobil joints that are lacking tension) especially in the upper body. Usually Dale has to be on guard cause doing weights or physical work will cause pain. Thanks to the method we can make real changes without reinjuring. We are making connections and can soon add more dynamic drills to the correctives and posture work. I LOVE MY JOB it’s so rewarding to see these changes
