Good news STRONG lovers! Even though there are only 4 registrations so far, this Saturday’s class WILL RUN! So start your cars early (brrrrrrr ❄️) and I’ll see you Saturday. But please keep plugging my class! Monday at 5 is the free class so if you know anyone who has expressed interest please bring them so the class can fill up and keep running! And if you’d still like to register for this upcoming session make sure to get yourself signed up! I know there are a lot of you switching to drop in this round because of scheduling so if this Saturday works I hope to see you!

Anyone want to join me for a Saturday sweat session?! This is a fun and challenging class with awesome music! Make sure you register soon so the class can run! And not EVERY Saturday in the session has a class…there are 2 Saturdays off so it’s not as huge a commitment!
FYI - registration is only available in person or over the phone. Online registration isn’t available this time (but will be for the next session).
If you come to this class, make sure you are dressed to workout with good indoor shoes. You can bring your own mat, as there will be some floor work, but the gym also has mats to use. And DO NOT come to class without eating breakfast or at least a snack first 😅 For real, this class is intense and you’ll need the energy!

Hey all! I wanted to find out if there is any interest in a Saturday morning Strong class. I’m thinking 6 wk session starting either October 28 (would run to December 9) or November 4 (running to December 16). I don’t want it to go far into the Christmas season but it might be a nice way to keep those winter blues away and keep our weekends active! There would be no class on November 11. I’m also going to talk to the gym about doing something extra like having free coffee after each class. How great would it be to start our snowy weekends off with a killer workout?! Let me know in the comments if this interests you and if I should pursue it further with the gym staff. Thanks!!
