Strength has no age limit.

I looked back and found my first post of Dianne on April 10th, 2024 10 month into privates.

Dianne is almost 77 and has been committed to her private Pilates sessions since 2023. Week by week, she’s shown up, done the work, and the progress speaks for itself.

From building strength and stability to moving with more confidence, these are the kinds of strides that matter most. It’s not about perfection, it’s about consistency, patience, and trusting the process.

It’s been a minute since I’ve shared a Mat Monday… so here we go. ✨

Some of my favourite work both personally and as an instructor is prone work. It’s something I’m always revisiting, refining, and relearning.

A flow that wakes up the back body and opens the front. 💫

We start with Single Leg Kick to activate the hamstrings and support the low back.
Move into Double Leg Kick for a deeper shoulder and chest opening.
Finish with Swan Prep into Cervical Rotation to build upper-back strength and encourage gentle spinal mobility.

Simple. Intentional. Effective.
