Well my Reset results are in…made it to precovid weight and inches! (I want to mention that this is all new health n weight loss for me in a ‘new’ way and ALL Due to FEEDING my body the right things and mindset!! I am a bit hesitant to say this because I love to work out and believe we all need to move our body to stay healthy. But due to some physical set backs which ,stay tuned, I will tell you about in tomorrow’s post, I was not able to move very well nor pick up weights for a few years until now.)
Soooooo a handful of workouts and a handful of short distance runs since MARCH THIS YEAR was really not what made a difference in my health. I have said this countless times but I am living proof now that WE ARE WHAT WE EAT AND HOW WE CONSISTENTLY NOURISH THE BODY IS A KEY PART OF OUR HEALTH AND WEIGHT LOSS GOALS. ANY HEALTH GOAL HAS TO INCLUDE NUTRITION AND THAT MEANS THE RIGHT PICK OF SUPPLEMENTS TOO!
