We run small group classes and our programming is designed to keep the workouts interesting and challenging. We ensure every member works to his or her potential by scaling and modifying workouts as needed.

Well, this is the end of an era. Chrysalis Physiques is no longer. Thank you to all the wonderful members we have had a chance to train over the last number of years.
I will miss our interactions and the lovely banter that was ever-present in the gym...between tough sets!
