This barbell class will strengthen your entire body and target all major muscle groups using the best weight room exercises like squats, lunges presses and curls. Using different tempos and rep counts, the movements are synced to high energy music to motivate you. You choose your weights to always work at your own pace and fitness level. Much of the fitness industry is open and unregulated.

Anybody can call themselves a personal trainer, even without a certification.

Anybody can create educational platforms and designate trainers as “certified.”

As a result, misconceptions run rampant.

No wonder people are confused!

Ignore the noise to get a clear, unbiased view of what the job entails and which methods work best.

Because personal trainers can change people’s lives. This is a career, not a part-time gig.

Proper exercise technique and theory is the greatest weapon in our arsenal to reduce pain and suffering, improve lives, and save billions in health care costs.

And that’s a truth worth telling.

To our community, we appreciate your continued support as we maneuver through these changing times. Earlier this week, the government of Alberta made a statement that as of May 10th there will be further restrictions, including the closure of recreation facilities.

These restrictions will still ALLOW us to offer the following.
👉 Virtual fitness classes
👉 Girls On The Move – Virtual
👉 Busy Boys – Virtual
👉 Outdoor park kitchen household rentals

Unfortunately we will not be able to order the following.
❌ Fitness centre one-on-one and household personal training sessions
❌ All Household access (gymnasium, fieldhouse and ice)
❌ All poolside activities
❌ Any indoor rentals

❕Our Customer Service team is working hard to complete all cancellations for swimming lessons, household pool bookings and indoor facility bookings. We will gladly provide a pro-rated refund credit to your account knowing we are unable to offer full services at this time. Virtual Classes are continuing for March! With the anticipated announcement from the government this week, we will doing a $10 flat rate payment for this week only to see what that news brings. We will continue to follow the February schedule but there will be no Cardio kickboxing class March 4.

Once we know where we are at I will provide more details and updates for the month.

I am busy editing some of our recorded material and hope to have them ready this week!

Love is in the air as we head into February and I know you will love this new schedule!😍 If you are on our email list, check your email because the PDF version is waiting for you there. I made some small changes for this month and there will be some pop-up classes throughout the month as well. All classes are held on Zoom and are in Mountain Standard Time.

If you are new to our classes, your first week is free to try out the classes before you register and all the class pricing and email info is at the top of the schedule. Please send me a message with your email address as I will not be posting the link to the page to protect the privacy of our classes if you are new to this group.

All our classes are suitable for any fitness level and can be modified for your space and any other limitations as well.
