Another little section of my birthday pedal! Best way to celebrate! Weather was perfect!

Found a little trail with some tiny jumps on! Might need to rake and clean this one up a bit!

I haven’t ridden the mountain bike for months! I’ve been busy moving house and setting up a new business and working in a bike shop! But now I finally got chance to ride my local trails.

It feels so good to be back on the bike. I’ve got a few trails to post over the next few days from my first ride. With more rides to come. I hope you’re all doing well and I’m sorry I’ve not been able to update you all much in the last year.

It's now been over a year since my "goodbye ride" in Cowichan Valley - Whilst it's been great coming back to the UK and changing angle a little bit, I do miss all of you and all of those I worked with as a coach and skills instructor during my time there. I hope you're all doing amazingly well and continuing to have loads of fun on the trails and achieving great things with your fitness.
I'm hearing the trails are running great out there - have an awesome autumn season - crisp mornings, tacky dirt and even a few night rides!
Have fun! 🤩

I thoroughly enjoyed last Sunday! Here’s me entering a tight switchback on stage 2 I think. The trails were steeper than they look on all the POV videos I’d watched, which made it perfectly challenging. Shame I wasn’t able to pre-ride them but if I race next year I’ll at least have some idea of what to expect.

Great shot on one of the Ard Rock stages yesterday! Solid fun and challenging tracks.
