Happy Valentines Day and Snowy Monday... I thought you might like to see some summer images in and around Aspotogan Ridge Golf Village. It is such a beautiful place and area.
2022 is starting off with a bit of caution for Development - we are excitedly looking forward for things to get started at the Village - there are still concerns with the development costs being out of line at the moment - with building materials and labour.
We believe that things will continue to improve and we will get homes started this summer.
Our Bayview Village project with the 50+ / Seniors Development - Apartment building with view of St. Margaret's Bay - Duplexes and Bungalows will be a big hit.
Please stay tuned for further updates - this snow WILL melt...

We had a great day of golf with the Course Designed Robert LeBlanc from RLA Golf - the Fathom Studios lead Architect Chris and 3D Animation specialist Nick. It was interesting to hear a little of Rob's description of the design philosophy and all. I was taking a little video of him putting out on Hole # 9 not sure how I got this effect but I am sure he will love it.
Aspotogan Golf Club is a great player friendly golf course with a staff that are welcoming.
Chris has designed the Bayview Village Apartments and has done an amazing job of taking advantage of the views of St. Margaret's Bay.
You need to come out and see this great place... Just 30 minutes from Halifax on the beautiful South Share.

It was exciting last week to visit our Aspotogan Ridge Golf Village and see that construction starting. First home of the spring is getting ready to start.
We delayed kicking of our development in 2020 because of COVID 19 - now we are being challenged again. We are being careful. Nova Scotia has had some increase for our area in daily numbers - running 20-63 daily new cases last week - that is for the 1 million population.
We are hoping we all follow the rules and those numbers start to drop off as quickly as they have shot up.
We are still working towards a good number of our Estate Lots being built on as well as kicking off our Bayview Village 50+ / Seniors section. Duplexes / Bungalows and the Bayview Village Apartment overlooking St. Margaret's Bay.

Excitement is building at Aspotogan Ridge Golf Village - in the next couple of months - new homes will be starting construction on lots backing on the golf course.
Our Bayview Village Duplex Units are planned to start construction this summer with some residents moving in this fall. - we are hoping that the Bayview Village Apartment overlooking St. Margaret's Bay will also get started.
There is huge interest in the lots we have that are ready to build on now and more that will be added soon.

This tough year of 2020 brought golfers out to enjoy our great Robert LeBlanc Design Golf Course. We had the best year of Golfers enjoying the course since it opened.
We are looking forward to the Kickoff of Development at Aspotogan in 2021 - there is a lot of interest and excitement building. We are hoping to start the Bayview Village Apartment - the Bayview Village Duplex homes - and some Single Family Homes.
With the twinning of Hwy 103 moving closer all the time the commute time is shortening.
Stay tuned for more exciting news.
