👏 Big week with the Evergreen 18U crew!

🦅 We kicked things off by welcoming assistant coaches Justin and Leah to practice on Sunday. They shared great insight on the mental side of the game. Huge thanks for taking the time to help us learn, evolve, and grow.

🌲🏐 The week rolled on with plenty of reps on the court and in the gym, then the team went out and battled at the tournament, finishing 4–2.

👉Next up: back to the lab to fine-tune, sharpen, and get better as a group before Premier 1.

🌲Catch our Eighteens in action today at the tournament!

🏐 First serve is at 7:30 AM on Court 1 in the UofA Green Gym. Followed by the 10:15 AM game on Court 2 in the UofA Green Gym. Then, at 12:15 PM the action moves to Court 1 at the UofA Education Gym.

💚After that, stay tuned for updates throughout the day!

🌲 Emma bounces back at the speed of light! After being away for many practices she came to the gym smiling and ready to work.
