Thuja Boards are hand-crafted by a skilled artisan with 50 years of woodworking experience. Each piece of raw material is carefully chosen for its unique colour and grain characteristics, meaning no two sides, or two boards are alike. Each board is complete with a fin, cork rear grips, and transparent honeycomb front grips to let the full beauty shine through the Thuja Boards. HOW THEY’RE MADE
The

mastermind behind the art of creating each Thuja Board hand selects the wood that meets strict protocol - that piece of wood is the most rich in colour and will showcase the unique pattern and natural beauty of the tree. The top and bottom surfaces are laminated together with a piece of birch plywood in the centre layer, adding strength and flexibility to the finished product. All boards are fibreglassed, polished, sanded, and VOILA a true work of art made right here in Delta, BC. CARE
Our Thuja Boards require proper care to ensure they live their longest life.

- Limit your boards exposure to the sun’s UV rays
- Store in a board sock or bag to limit damage to the board.
- Any board that gets badly damaged where the fibreglass and epoxy seal is broken HAS to be resealed before reuse
