It’s not too late to sign up for Summer Swim Club with the Bluebacks!

Swim club is a great way to build strong technique, stay fit, and have fun in a supportive team environment. Swimming is also excellent cross-training for hockey, lacrosse, and baseball athletes looking to maintain conditioning over the summer.

✅ Who can join?
Ages 5–6: comfortable in the water and able to swim 15 m unassisted (it doesn’t have to be pretty!)
Ages 7–18

📅 Season: May to the August Long Weekend
🗓️ Schedule: released in April
💦 Training options: typically 1–5 days/week

Younger swimmers have shorter practices and higher coach-to-swimmer ratios
Practices run on weekdays

Optional swim meets start in June (weekends)

Bluebacks Winter Maintenance registration is now open to the public. All swimmers must be comfortable in the water and can swim 15 meters. Our development groups have 30 minutes in the water with a 1:4 coach to swimmer ratio. Our older groups do 15 minutes dry land and then 1 hour in the pool.
