Truro Centurion Swim Club - Alumni

Hi Everyone,
I have not been able to dedicate the time I should to this page. I wanted to share that Etta MacLellan, daughter to alumni Matt MacLellan has been racking up the awards in the water, on land (cross country running) and academically.

She swam at the 2026 Speedo Canadian Swimming Open with a 10th and 11th place finish and qualified for the 2027 event.
At Easterns she swam eight events and had seven golds and a silver. She won top point scorer. The silver was a 200 fly final that was 25 minutes after her 800 free final. Anyone tired yet?

To top it all off, she won a club leadership award.
Way to go Etta (and Matt)!! Matt let me know if I got anything wrong. :)

I'm guessing this is Shari Hadley and Phillip Hadley's son. If I recall they were in the valley and he looks just like him 🙂. Way to go!!!
