As part of our Special Guest Coach Wednesday, Strength and Conditioning Coach Derek Weber from Impact Performance will be joining our hockey school and facilitating Off Ice Sessions for our athletes. Coach Weber is first class in his field and works with some of the most elite athletes in the Colchester and extended community. We are excited for you to meet him!
