Truro Aikido Truro Aikido is a martial arts club for like minded people to practice a traditional Japanese art that focuses on physical and spiritual balance.

Instructors Trevor Lamont and Shane Richer have over 28 years of training and have both achieved a rank of 2nd degree black belt. Training available for ages 13 and up. First five classes are complimentary. Monthly pricing $25.
