Due to the weather, there will be no class tonight, its not Truro Aikido's week I guess.....

It's that time again, classes will resume on Monday the 17th at regular time (8 pm ) at Crossfit Bluenose. Everyone is welcome beginners and experienced alike. Bring a friend, first five classes are free!
