First off, a huge THANK YOU to our amazing community for making this season so incredible so far! We love seeing the course buzzing every week.

As we head into the weekend, here is your reminder about a brand-new tradition we started this season to help get the whole crew out on the fairways: Family Day Fridays!

🕒 When: Every Friday starting at 5:00 PM
💰 The Deal: Purchase 2 adult paid green fees, and you can bring 2 children (under 14 years old) along for FREE!

⛳️ BIG NEWS FOR THE 2026 SEASON! ⛳️

We are thrilled to announce that Mountain Golf and Country Club has officially partnered with Capture Therapeutics to help you move better, play better, and stay injury-free this season!

Kickstarting this partnership, we are bringing a game-changer to our Mixed League starting THIS Tuesday! Say hello to Aidan, a certified Kinesiologist from Capture Therapeutics. Aidan will be hosting a 15-minute pre-round warm-up right here at the club.

What to expect:
✅ Golf-Specific Activation: Wake up those crucial golfing muscles.

✅ Mobility Drills: Increase your thoracic and hip rotation for a more fluid swing.

✅ Stability Exercises: Lock in your core and balance to optimize your power and performance.

Whether you're looking to add a few yards to your drive or just want to feel great trailing off the 18th green, you won't want to miss this.
