Our inaugural soccer camp led by Laurentian Voyageurs Max Yarranton will be held on June 29, 2025 at Champlain Heights Park. The camp will consist of a soccer specific plyometric block focused on acceleration, deceleration, quick change of direction and overall agility. This will be followed by a skill development block focused on dribbling, passing, shooting, utilizing techniques used at the OUA level! DM or email for more info.

Our Hockey 'Boot Camp' is back! This is a sport specific dry land training camp that will challenge your athletes strength & conditioning, with a focus on core stability, mobility, agility, balance & other training modalities.

Limited spots available. No refunds. Rain dates will be set, if necessary or arrangements to move inside will be made. We're all pretty excited to have our figure skating athletes back for the off season! These athletes are so fun & easy to train. They both are very particular about every movement and they are very smart so makes coaching pretty easy. Welcome back girls! ⛸

Day 1: Acceleration Camp! These jump back/ two point starts are a great drill for acceleration and backside mechanics. The focus is proper shin angle, a good forward lean & striking the ground with the ball of your foot on the posterior.

Skater Jump X Lateral Reactive Jumps With Quinte West Hawks U15 Player, Colby Coe.

The focus here is controlling weight transfer on the first jump and then changing direction with power on the second jump. Aim for vertical on the first jump and quickness on your second jump. To make this more difficult hold your plants for 2 seconds on each rep reset. This exercise will vastly improve your agility & explosiveness! 💥
