I look at home inspections as I was the one buying the home.

What would I want to know about the home? What kind of information would I want a home inspector to point out?

I want my clients to be fully informed before making their purchase so that when they move in they are excited and can make it feel like a home!

Announcement: we have had to cancel our fishing charters for the remainder of the season… someone decided to help themselves to a bunch of our fishing gear. Two full tackle boxes with almost all required gear for putting our clients on fish as well as some other accoutrements. But peeved to say the least but that’s the way it goes sometimes. We appreciate the support but it looks like we will probably not be able to charter any more fishing trips until next season. All deposits have been refunded.
