Last weekend with our 1st Team at home, we welcomed our previous Presidents Family to our game to unveil our new stumps, purchased in honour of Mick. Mick unfortunately passed away in April last year. He is sadly missed but will always be remembered by all at MCCC. Thank you to his wife Janet for her time and we look forward to seeing her on a Saturday afternoon watching our matches.

A win against Cropredy and the stumps flying making the occasion all the more special, just what Mick liked to witness from our players! 🏏

Happy Spring everyone! A few words from our chairman now we are in April, ready for some sunshine and cricket! ☀️🏏

We also wish to share with you the below group, set up for ensuring the future of sports for the village and the use of all facilities up Astrop Road. It shares ideas, hopes, opinions and addresses some important current issues both the Cricket Club and the Football Club are facing. Most importantly, it shows a strong group of people behind the scenes that want to show and address what they have been doing all winter to ensure that sports happens for you in 2026!
