Top anti theft tips

-$25 Motorcycle brake rotor audio alarm lock from Canadian Tire installed on rotor or spokes of wheel. its 120 DB deterrent to add to your lock set up.
-Tracker tag hiddin inside or on bike
-Unload a LARGE roll of Gorilla brand tape specifically around metal of U lock, the entire roll. this will gum up grindler blades preventing them from being able to cut your lock.

Hey everyone! Wanna share this Bicycle security Gem of a tip! Motorcycle wheel audio alarm locks. Weigh next to nothing, cost $25-50. Can be locked onto disc brake rotor or wheel spokes to not only lock the wheel in place. But to emit a 120db siren if people try moving the bike which auto shuts off once you stop moving the wheel it’s on.

This can save a lot of heart ache and a lot of bikes! Check it out!

Hey everyone! The team and I are putting on a mechanics work shop Aug 24 10-5. This will be a deep dive for anyone who wants to take their skills to the next level with bikes!

Hey everyone!
Almost spring time! Lots of good things
On the roll! Birds and squirrels chasing eachother in courtship dances! Bikes yawning into wakefulness for some cases and getting soon a good cleaning for others!

So couple new things and 1 reminder.

This will be our first full season operating in Toronto as our Worker Owned Co-op!

This will also be my first full season as a father! And offering mobile bike repair work in Kitchener/Waterloo where I have moved with my wonderful Fiancée Nikola. Our son was born Dec 28th, his name is Callum Río Ragui Zammit-Barsoum:) thanks Toronto for giving me the support of my business over the years to help me feel like I can be a financially supportive father for a little tyke!

So now when you visit the matteosbikerepair website to book, it will offer to divert you to the new co-op website for Toronto (GTA) bookings or to the KW appointment form on my original website.

I’ll still be working in Toronto weekly just not as much until I hopefully get full time work out here! So spread the word to KW friends!

 I have more than a decade experience riding in all weather conditions all year long. I ride 50 km/day, 5 days a week, 6 months of the year during my busy season. I have never been in an accident that wasn't due to my own blunder.

PLEASE SIGn PETITIOn BELOW if you care about BIKe Lanes in Ontario.

Doug Ford Is trying to push through (Bill 212) that will make it impossible to install any bike lane on a pre existing car lane, and will rip up all existing bike lanes that are in such a place.
Making more space for cars, only promotes more cars, more people buying cars and more traffic.

Removing existing bike lanes is going to get the most vulnerable road users (cyclists) killed.

Making Bike lanes, promotes more people feeling safe to get out of their car, create less traffic, and ride a bike.

Cars create traffic, not bikes.
There are lots of bikes and electric bicycles and all sorts of smaller solutions.

We should not still have what we have today, 1x person in a 1ton car thats empty traveling 5km to and fro.

Reports have come out that the Ontario government plans to bring forward legislation that would block the installation of bike lanes where motor vehicle lanes would have to be reduced. These changes would severely limit the ability of Toronto and municipalities across the province to expand their ne...
