Our company is d
eeply rooted in the Figure Skating world, with the founder having skated in singles, synchronized skating, as well as varsity in her youth and also coaches at multiple clubs. This rich knowledge of the sport and the way in which music, movement and dresses come together to produce a polished and poised final product makes our company stand out. Before starting Skate with Poise, our founder and owner worked doing custom beading at one of the largest figure skating outlets in Canada. A brief catalogue of her previous work can be viewed in addition to the current line as an attest to the quality and creativity of the custom work we produce. We are able to do custom dresses made to fit your exact measurements and program. Some of our previous custom beadwork can be viewed on this page for your convenience. Please keep in mind that with custom work, we try our best to keep each custom dress original and do not make exact replicas of our custom dresses. If there is something you like that you have seen we can discuss elements of inspiration that we can incorporate into a custom dress for you without re-creating a dress.
