Ability vs Capacity.

Most athletes don't struggle because they lack ability.
They struggle because they can't sustain it.

Ability shows up in moments.
Capacity shows up in repetition.

Running when sitting → bounding.
Lifting the knee instead of driving → cycling drills.
Poor foot contact → ankling work.

Same athlete. Different output.
Not a talent issue.
A capacity issue.

Capacity is what holds movement together when fatigue hits, focus drops, and nobody is there to correct you.

Build capacity.
Then ability starts to look consistent.
