GroBikes is Closed

After 9 years of dreaming the dream, I have decided to close GroBikes for good.

I still think it's a better way to get kids to love bike riding and all the good things that come with that, but I've lost the passion for trying to make this work.

⏱️ Less than 10 minutes! ⏱️

That’s how long it took for us to get our client’s daughter on a larger bike, including a test ride to make sure she was comfortable on it.

🌎 Happy Earth Day! 🌎

Although we're especially celebrating it today, from helping kids fall in love with cycling, to doubling the average expected lifetime of our bikes, to choosing bio-based chain oil in our shop, GroBikes thinks about our impact on the health of our planet EVERY day.

(Marc, our Founder, was so excited to get out riding today, he wasn't paying attention to the bike he took! His back's a bit sore, but survived. 😄 )

If your child's bike is looking a bit like Marc's (small!), get in touch and we'll set them up on a bike that fits perfectly.

Today we auditioned for the Dragon’s Den!!!

After literally dozens of people telling us we should, we came down to the CBC today and pitched!

(We’ll find out in a couple of weeks if we’re going to be invited to actually be on the show.)
