Varsity Blues softball standout Isabella Trakosas graduated from U of T with a degree from kinesiology and physical education yesterday, leaving behind a legacy of championship moments, resilience and academic success.

From a walk-off hit that secured an OUS title to helping future athletes through physiotherapy and sport, Isabella’s next chapter is already taking shape.

🎓 At just 19 years old, Jason Okpere graduated from the University of Toronto today with a degree in neuroscience and molecular biology.

Moments before walking across the stage this morning, the Varsity Blues thrower received another life-changing email: acceptance into U of T's Master of Applied Science program in Biomedical Engineering this September.

An OUA champion. A U SPORTS all-Canadian. A neuroscience graduate. And now, a future graduate student.

For Jason, convocation wasn't the end of a journey - it was the start of the next one.

At just 19 years old, Jason Okpere has graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in neuroscience and molecular biology, all while emerging as one of the top throwers in Canadian university track and field.
