The most meaningful things we gain from sport rarely show up on the scoresheet.

For athletes, parents, coaches and fans, sport can shape us in so many different ways.

Sport brings us together. Connection is what stays with us. 💜

New possibilities discovered. Experiences shared. Families spending time together, trying new things and feeling part of a community that supports girls and women in sport.

Her Sports Fest is about creating a welcoming space where people can play, connect and help new opportunities grow through collaboration.

Thank you to Lisa Grogan, Co-Founder and CEO of Overlap Associates, for recognizing the value of these moments and helping us bring them to life.

Sport builds confidence, connection and a sense of belonging. But first, young people need the chance to play. 🔑⚽️🏏🏐

This International Youth Day, we’re celebrating what can happen when we invest in accessible, welcoming spaces where girls and youth can explore different sports, try something new and discover what they enjoy.

Access creates opportunity. And every young person deserves the joy of play 💜

The UNMATCHED Gender Equity in Sport Conference brought together voices from across sport to share what’s working, exchange fresh ideas and help shape what comes next. 💜

We loved seeing familiar Her Sports Fest faces Anastasia Bucsis + athlete ambassador Zoe Sherar, and connecting with She’s4Sports by Ainka Jess and Terri Temelini from Tennis Canada🎾💜🤗

We also had the chance to meet the one and only Coach Jackie J, whose humour, energy and authentic love for women’s sports have made her one of its most recognizable voices!🔥

Thank you to Tennis Canada and National Bank of Canada for creating space to learn, connect and keep this work moving forward. With equal prize money coming to the National Bank Open in 2027, that progress is taking tangible form.

We left energized and ready to keep building🧱 🎾

Let’s hope Toronto’s long weekend forecast is wrong. But if it isn’t, clear the table, find an indoor court or make some room in the living room.

Friendly scorekeeping encouraged.Rematchs almost guaranteed. 😄🏀🎲

NFL Canada brought a standout display and hands-on activities that gave girls, women and their families a fun and welcoming way to experience football together. Whether they were testing their skills, trying something new or cheering each other on, there was something for everyone to enjoy 🏈

A huge thank you to NFL Canada for supporting our inaugural festival and bringing so much energy to the weekend!
